The Sun City Center Chapter of The MOWW we’re a unique organization that seeks no benefit or advantage for itself or its members. It was established to promote the welfare of our nation—especially veterans and youth. The Order provides opportunities for its member “Companions” to unite and volunteer through actively participating over time in strong programs for patriotic education, veterans affairs, youth recognition, law and order, national and homeland security and good citizenship. Companions also convey the thoughts and needs of the uniformed services to the civilian population and interpret civilian sentiments to the Congress and to the leaders of the uniformed services despite not being a registered lobby organization.

An MOWW Chapter Since 1992, the Sun City Center (FL) Chapter has served the youth & community of South Hillsborough County, FL. This service has recently during the first half of 2020 been extended throughout Southwestern Florida (Bradenton-Sarasota, Ft Meyers-Naples) and over to the Miami Metropolitan area. Here at Chapter 226 of The MOWW, we are driven by a single goal; to serve beyond our current or former uniformed commitment. Our Outreach process is informed by the identification of partners. We strive to build productive partnerships and make a positive impact with all of our Outreach activities.
